The School Day
The school day for pupils is slightly different depending on their age:

Nursery class: 8:30am to 11:30am for the morning children 12:30pm to 3:30pm for the afternoon children We also offer a flexible attendance pattern and a full time pattern for a limited number of children |

There is a 15 minute break in the morning. Staff supervise playtimes on a rota basis. Staff also supervise the dismissal of children at the end of the school day.
The school year is 190 days for pupils and 195 days for staff. Parents / Carers receive advance notification of these staff training days, or unforeseen changes caused by emergencies.
Please note that no child is allowed to leave the school premises at lunchtime.
If for whatever reason a parent / carer is going to be late, please give the school a ring so we are able to reassure a child that someone is their way.
Lunchtime Arrangements
A team of experienced midday supervisory assistants care for all the children. Dinner monies should be paid via the bank account.

Packed Lunch must be provided in a lunch box or bag, clearly labelled with the child’s name and class. When your child has finished their lunch, they will bring their uneaten food back home with them, this is to ensure parents can monitor what their child is eating. It is recommended that your child is provided with a balanced meal, which should not include fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate.
